What springs do you recommend for your SBC Nitro Cam?

Seat pressure?

240 to 260 on the seat is what I've always used. With and without a rev kit, never any problems...which tells me you could probably get away with less unless you're running a lot of RPM. Mine only ever sees 7200 RPM or so tops.

That's good to know.

There are two schools of thought anymore. 300+ and Just Enough.

I tend to agree with the Just Enough theory.

Just 270 on the seat in my early hemi.
The cam is suprisingly mild and max revs at 8200.
