STAHL headers.. I used 3" radius but they do have 6' as well
Ordered flanges and 8 90deg bends cost all of 200.00 three years ago

should be able to , i can bend what ever degree you may need ,  on parks car it looks like he has the bigger clr bends and i have that die and 3" die sets .... heres a pic of one of the kits i offer for bbc , these are a 6" clr on a 120deg bend , parks probably has a 50-60deg bend

just so you know , im a 1 man band , so if you call in and i dont answer which is typically the case , please leave a voice mail , i will call back quick .

I might be giving you a call TED I have guy I built a set for who tried out the training wheel thing. I have to rebuild half a set for him now.

Bye chance can you bend aluminum tubing 120* 2  1/2 would be my first choice but 2 1/4 might work too.

thanks for the compliments on the kit , thats just one style like i said i have a mandrel bender at my shop with die sets from 1-5/8 to 2-5/8 in 1/8" increments and also a 3" die set . ill do short runs for guys all the way up to big orders so your never limited to just a kit , if you need something one off , no problem

wideopen ,i only bend mild steel and stainless . i have tooling to bend aluminum i just never made that jump yet due to the heat treatment of aluminum and figuring out how to aneal it prior to bending , i dont get much requests for aluminum so i never took the risk of trying to figure out the proper way of bending it .
