Motion raceway(1970-1982) in Assumption Illinois had a hemi powered roller starter.

I remember Raceway park and Epping had them . They were used just for warming up your motor's in the morning so you wouldn't waste time pushing them up and down the track

Lions had one before the starting line, OCIR had one by the pit road close to the finish line. Sorry no pics.
