Pontiac Powered FED??

Just curious if there are many Pontiac Powered FED's out there???

I know you have one Glenn... I have been following your build...Loving it.

I was at the nhra museum in Pomona for the first time back in 2004.  There were bunch of feds in there, I think there was a pontiac powered one.  I don't know if the museum owns them or if they are on loan.  There was a display showing old fi units too, real old and some strange setups, some weird stuff out there.

There are a number. Each Gold Cup race I get to run against one.

A very rare site - 2 very similar looking FEDs and they both are powered by Big Block Pontiac engines. When was the last time you saw 2 of these nostalgia front engine dragsters side by side with Pontiac power ?? Here it is.

I know of the Spotts FED and also Steve Barcak...

Who is the other car owned by?

yes mickey Thompson ran one in a dragmaster chassis back in the early 60  when I was running at Lions Dragstrip , Because I went head to head with him at Lions.
