question on idle fuel adjustment

I cam across this when looking for something else



Note the idle fuel adjustment.  Does it do the same thing as this?

Kinda the same , However the top pic is a Nitro set up and they work great for the cost if one cant afford a Jackson, Gorr, or any of the current style fuel BV. Running that on Alc does not make it work any better than just setting the BV leak down- IMO  more parts - more leaks - more cost - more confusion. In the 18 years that I have been running blown alc I have never once adj the ldle leak down since it was set in '95
