Mount that in a wood box with a glass door, have the door lettered "In case of Denver---Break Glass"

Denver has altitude and no air, hence the need for a BIG lower pulley, thats the joke

What was it on a screw blower out law car? I know they are turning around 140 over on some of them.

My guess is a screw blower car.
