I am about to get a new set of Nomex or Carbon X or whatever under garments for my suit--want something that will wick moisture well and is comfortable. well made  What are you guys using and what do you like?? I notice the Carbon X is not SFI rated but I really don't care as it will not matter at tech--want comfortable and quality  was thinking of just going with Summit brand Carbon X

I found another one--These original Frameworks shifters are the PERFECT shifter for any FED  they are thin as a deck of playing cards--super strong and light--reliable as a stone ax
Frameworks quit many years ago--sold to B&M who also no longer produces them--a shame as it is the best
They are crazy hard to find--This unit is like new almost--never had much use and never had any type air or solenoid which is rough on them--This one has been converted to front exit cable but in 2 minutes it can be changed to rear exit
I get cables from Control cables in calif--they make customs for around $55  You can use the shifter ear that is commonly sold on Ebay for cheap  You can also "bend" the shifter inward for some dragsters this works or I have even made new handles from commonly available aluminum bar stock that are shorter
This unit features the almost impossible to find billet plate with mounting feet  makes it easy to mount

Because it is WORTH IT!!
Yesterday at Greer SC Hotrod Reunion 3   we made three great runs---weather was 70 degrees sunny and perfect--first run 5.69 like always  then we added a 18% mix of nitro and bam! 5.34
putting car away last night--oil was good clear--compression test was on the money--plugs looked Perfect! Pipes had just a little bit of tack---lash all good so.....30% here I come baby  all indications are it will eat it like candy--
I did add a qt of Tolulene to my 5 gal mix  There were zero signs of detonation so going to try it next time out--I do plan on rich it up one pill from current 75 to a 70  Timing at 39 and the color was right at the bend in the ground strap
There is a video up on Youtube  search David Kluttz Dragster  Greer Reunion 3    I used a $90 video camera and I am 60 and can't edit but hey it is something at least
Car got up on the tire very well during the run--It pulled like you jumped out of an airplane with a cement mixer strapped to your ankle!! I mean she was PULLING Hard!!!

I bought this today--knowing I did not need it but that someone would--
I was told and it was advertised as new--when I get there--it looks new--it looks like it has never been bolted on--it looks like perfect new inside--it shows zero signs on the shaft of ever running so...I believe him it was a spare on the truck with the car that was long gone--I was buying the scraps that turned up in a long lost box in the corner of the shop kind of deal from a guy that has not had a car in years so it was cheap--and it looked Perfect! And as I am saving up for a new can of Nitro and it is too big for my use here it is    -12 in and -8 out
I think whoever buys it will open the box and go Yahooo   I just got a $600 pump for .............$250

110 pumps are 13/2 gal  can support up to 1400 HP or around 22 lbs of boost if that helps any

I stumbled onto some close outs and have one set new in pkg SCE copper head gaskets for 354-392 hemi
SCE # 067065  4.060 bore x.050 thick  SOLD SOLD SOLD just these early hemi  ones below still available

I have three sets for 383-400 and 440 big block wedge engines
SCE # 064384  4.380 x .043     
SCE # 064386   "       x .062
SCE    064383    "      x .032

These all price out near $250 a set from Jegs etc BUT I will take   $50 for the early hemi and I will do $100 on all three sets of the 440   plus UPS

Hope everyone has safe travels to family--Great eats! Good time with the family and drunk uncles and in general good celebrations in next couple weeks--be safe and rest up--
Don't let the pressure get to you--

Our car is sitting on the stands--fresh engine with 5 runs and the old one freshed up and sitting as back up
Spare Glide done--two new converters on the shelf--new better fitting belts--all I need is 55 gal of alky , 10 gal of Nitro
a new pair of Nomex socks and we will be ready to roll this coming season! It is a great feeling! And ....if someone has struck it rich and wants a turn key operation on the cheap--well call me and I will put you in an 8.50 dream of a car
Just turned 60 and am open to new adventures everyday

I am selling these because the longer Coan solenoid will not clear my frame I have to use brakes with pancake style found out that nugget after I had purchased these
