Ok guys, I've had my FED for sale for a while. No one has bought it yet. So I'm thinking about taking it out and using the transbrake this time around. I have methanol stack fuel injection. What's the best way to approach this? Set the two step and floor it? I need to take out a bit of frustration! lol

I don't know on the Pontiac but, I run water in the block on my FED (chevy) methanol engine. It will work without it though. I just do it to try and keep all the cylinders in a even temp. I don't use a radiator or pumps of any kind.

Had cert/license day at my home track today. My cert would have run out in March 19. Got the new cert no problems! Now I have to put it all back together.

This was 8/24/18. I have it pickled and on stands until my knee gets better. My son wants to try his hand at running it. Hoping to have it back out soon.

What all do you do when you clean the system? I'm having to park my car for a while due to a accident(me not the car). I took the inlet hose to the metering valve off and blew air through the valve and nozzles to get the fuel out. Should I pull the supply hose from the tank to the pump and clean this out too? Returns too?
