Title: PG Pump Question

I am building another Powerglide tomorrow  I purchased a pump that had been machined, new gears etc looks nice--it has a bushing for Turbo shaft in the tube  QUESTION  I will be running a PG spline converter and an aftermarket shaft with std PG spline so does that bushing have to come out or can it stay?

I run the same thing with the bushing in. No problems here.

Leave the bushing in, it will cause no problems, and if you ever need to swap out to a turbo spline shaft and converter you will be ready.
