Title: Another new guy
Post by: 300racr on January 26, 2017, 10:04:45 PM
Been a member for awhile but haven't posted yet. Trying to finish a SDRA based dragster. Running a 300" Ford and a C-4. Here's a pic of it last May at The Tucson dragway reunion

People complain about the high cost of drag racing today and I look at these cars and say to my self what a great way to go racing at an affordable price ! Have fun with it !

300racr – coming along nicely.  See the front has suspension, and guessing you added suspension in the back versus solid mount, must be under 125 incher.  Has contemporary streamline look, the rear suspension rods inline with the frame almost disappear.  Alan

p.s. Bill’s observation right on the money; heard it from few others as well.

Alan,
rear is solid mount and it is 127" wheelbase.
