Ordered final Pistons, wrist pins, valves and push rods today. Bad day for the wallet.

That's cool. I was afraid that it was a -4 and would be way too big.

What size Hilborn pump is that? It kind of looks like a "-4" to me.

Super impressive Bill! Also, great catch on the rocker. That will save you a few buck$

I think that the old car was called "Wildside" or something like that. Chuck was real aggressive with the tune-up.

A long night...Finalized my lifter configuration, valve OAL, piston dome configuration and push rod length.

Dropped off all of my body panels at the painters today.

Finishing up my trans today

Bill...Are you going to Epping in a few weeks? Looks like your deal is coming along nicely.

It's not one of the REAL short ones. It's 8.900"

I raced against Chuck at Maple Grove back in the late 80's-early 90's (I think). I have a bad case of CRS. His TAD was bad ass and the quickest on the planet at that time.

I worked through my intake and exhaust rocker geometry, worked out my pushrod lengths, pretty much finalized my piston domes and trial fitted my injector. It's been a few long nights. I even managed to pick up a 1957 392 hemi for short money this weekend. Cheers to all the Veterans!!!!

Going to need to modify my injector a little because of the deck height.

X2 on the Gibbs! I used it on my bare chassis tubes and unpainted mag body over 6 months ago and it all still looks like new.

Yeah they really do...and there is much more than meets the eye to make it fast. Frank and Scott have probably already forgotten more than I'll ever know about these cars.

Luke...you hit the nail on the head. At this point I have lists for my lists.
