Did a little research on rim screw placement.I have set of american racing rims.ive seen two different ways of placement is there a right or wrong way.One is on the bead face the other is on the rolled edge at 45 degree angle alternating with the bead face.

I had mine soda blasted worked great.Just went over it with a scotch bright pad after.

Is there a standard caster angle used on the axle of a front engine dragster? Does wheel base have any bearing on this

We enjoy a winter season so more shop time less honey do list.Do have a few buddys that race also so bench racing is a mover for me also.Im also spend time looking over old pic and vidios for ideas.There is always the sit in the car and make engine noises.haha

Bought this car as a roller.it did tag the wall and front section was replaced.Repair was done nice.looking at axle and noticed that the uprights the chrome has cracked/fractured.Im leaning on replacing the axle assembly.Is this the way to go or am I going overkill?
