Title: Matt hard at work on a quality engine part.
Post by: GlennLever on January 15, 2014, 12:58:20 PM
OK how do we add an additional key way to this high quality Pontiac part.

It cannot be loaded into the Bridgeport in the block to hold it square, Pontiac keys are not a press fit so the tolerance to line it up in the Bridgeport is not there.

I know convince the customer to run a Ford engine and that will solve the problem.

Next engine , you might want to consider throwing counter weights in the center of the crank.
