The Ford inline six from Virden Illinois has run into the low 8s in a FED. I haven't seen it out in a while. Hendricks is the name. Jeff maybe.

Our 355 runs low 5.s in 1/8 at 137 mph. At our home track in Havana Illinois.
4.030 bore 3.48 stroke.
