Title: SOLD MY CAR! THANKS TO ALL HERE FOR A GOOD RIDE!

Well---I sold my car--I started her from a pile of tube in 2011--What a labor of love--I built every inch of it myself , engine and all--Dreamed it--Built it--drove it--Loved it--Made lots of new friends and had a ball--but things change--life changes--I am retiring end of next year so I have been making lots of changes--The car is going to a great guy--he owns a drag strip in IL so it will see a lot more action and we are passing all the good Karma on to him and his family--
I wanted to take a moment and Thank every member here for all of the great advice--encouragement-etc

Hey the good news is you can check out the Wanted to Sell section and pick up some great deals on my left overs LOL!

I had a blast--ran a FED --Ran fast--Ran safe--and can put that in my list of happy things

Again--Thanks to all for this great community and this great website

so now no job and no race car. What are you going to do?  Whats going to be excuse for getting away from wife? Giving up work understand,but race car?  Good luck and enjoy.

Dave Best of luck to you ! You are a good guy and added a lot to this forum ! Do like I did and get a part time job with NHRA ! They can allways use som good help !
