Thanks for all of the great tips. I run an Altered 5.0 in NE2 and have been fairly successful but the dragster is a whole new animal. My Altered is a four link and I learned how to make it work. The dragster of course is hard tail and I know nothing about how to tune that.. Really looking forward to this and appreciate your help and suggestions. This dragster has been a very good working car so I should be okay or at least have a good starting point.

I went from an Altered to a FED and the difference I found is the engine in your face and these big tires on each side. Like a rocket ship 😎,but does go straight.

Have a custom made Spike radiator with built in fan in EC. Measures 12"X2"X20 with mounting brackets and coolant lines. Was in a FED and fits perfect, cost $750 for just radiator new,asking $450

I am planning on running a Enderle injection with a bird catcher. My question is do I need to run a cooling system,since it will run on alky ?
I ran a gas carb. set up and needed it.

I am looking at switching to Enderle injection with a Birdcatcher for 2017. I ran 5.26 in the 1/8 with a 1050 gas carb 434 cu set up. Should be a fun fast ride,which it is already . I can then sell my carb. set up and Spike radiator that I will not need.
