Title: Gloves ?
Post by: crider on January 30, 2020, 03:28:04 PM
Anyone have good suggestions on how to measure for glove sizing? I've been wearing my old funny car gloves and there is no size tag in them. And since I live in the middle of nowhere there's no chance of being able to try any on. So other than to just guess and chance trying to return wrong sizes, how do I go about getting a pair that fit?

Just google glove size charts they give how to measure you hand, they safety equipment must have charts. up here in the great white north we wear gloves in the winter I just ordered the size of my dress gloves.

Glove companies will generally have a chart that will give a size recommendation based on a measurement taken with a flexible tape measure around you knuckles. It might not be 100%, but it works out good most of the time. I sold circle track parts and it worked OK when someone wanted gloves that I didn't stock.

Ask a fellow racer to try on his, then note the size if they are too big or loose or they are just right
