BIG INCHES MEANS LOWER RPM,S AND MORE TORQUE SO LOWER NUMBER GEARS AND LET THE ENGINE WORK WHERE ITS COMFORTABLE. I ALSO HAVE A 632" BBC, I LIKE TO SHIFT IT AT ABOUT 6500 RPMS.

NEED MORE TO SCARE YOU ? THESE CARS ARNT TOYS AND ARE FOR EXPERIENCED DRIVERS & CREWS

CHRISMAN had a rear end break loose on him and resulted in very serious groin injurys. build it to stringent SFI or better spec's and inspect all tubes/welds after each weekend racing in especially critical areas. be safe and have fun.

YOU DONT WANT TO POWDER COAT A RACE CHASSIS, ALL YOU NEED IS PREFERABLY TRANS FLUID ON BARE METAL OR AT THE MOST 1 LIGHT COAT OF LAQUER PAINT WITH NO PRIMER. YOU NEED TO INSPECT THE CHASSIS AFTER EACH WEEKEND RACE FOR CRACKS TO BE SAFE. THATS WHY PROF TEAMS DONT COVER THERE CHASSIS.

IF YOUR HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A CORRECT PUMP ARE YOU SURE YOUR READY FOR FUEL ? ITS NOT FOR BEGINNERS AND CAN GET VERY COSTLY VERY QUICK. THATS WHY ITS CALLED POP OR "NITRO" CREW ON SOME FUEL TEAMS AND LET THEM TEACH YOU FIRST. JMO

START OFF WITH A SIMPLE LOW MAINT. ENGINE/TRANS COMBO. YOU,LL BE SURPRISED HOW FAST A 10-1 ,350 CHEVY,MILD HYD CAM AND 750 HOLLEY WILL GO. ALSO THE CAR SHPULD BE AS CLOSE TO 225" WHEEL BASE AS POSSIBLE, ITS ALOT EASYIER TO DRIVE AND ALOT SAFER.
