Dan Dishon's Transmission Den / Re: Measure line pressure Powerglide
« on: December 24, 2016, 07:51:10 PM »
when we built circle track glides we tapped into the exit of the pump to divert pressure it's probably the highest pressure point you would have to check clearance depending on the size of the converter 7" or 8"' you should have lots

Drag Racing / Re: Wilwood 7/8" master question
« on: December 14, 2016, 04:33:06 PM »
Is your master cylinder mounted lower than the brake cylinder or caliper if so you will need a residual valve to stop the fluid draining back into the master and you should not preload the master.

check the site BK suggested http://www.markwilliams.com/braketech.aspx

Matt Shaff's Engine Shop / Re: Shaft mount rockers SBC
« on: November 26, 2016, 01:11:46 PM »
why wouldn't work if it's just the rocker that's offset i have also run girdles with both 3/8" and 7/16" with little or no problem on a sbc also ran TD and didn't have trouble getting parts and Jesel on bbc it was just a question of getting the right parts as aftermarket heads specs vary even with the same brand
