You have a very bad problem there and you better start at square one ! Your post is kind of confusing . You have 3 rear main's there and they are all bad . First place I would start is the block . Have the line bore ckecked . The next thing I would do is make shure it is getting oil to the mains . Make shure there are no galley plugs missing . Next check that crank for straightness and out of round . you seem worried about the balance is this a new rotator . Your clearence at .0035 should be fine but make shure you check every one . One more thing I just thought of . How much timming in motor ? If Matt reads this he might have some good suggestions too . Keep us posted with your proggress . Bill

It's a very handy tool and it was easy to build . I used 2inch wide flat stock and welded spacers in between  It wiil fit most any trans pan  or rear end chuck . The round tube is the same size as my engine stand so it will fit that as well . It's one of those tools you don't use that often but when you do it makes the job a lot easier

Greg I had some issues with mine awile back Iwould loose oil pressure shutting down . It wasn't hurting bearings bad but they wern't as good as they should be . I put an accusump on and it cured the problem  . I also opened up the clearance to .0035 and went to coated bearings . I don't know if my problem has anything in common with yours . I just thought I would share this with you . I hope you find the cause Im sure you will

Looking good Bill. Who's lifters did you end up using?
I ended up using another set of Jessel lifters I bought a used set from Patterson with very low runs on them
