 I see something about using Brutus filler rod on 4130 I've never heard of it anyone know what it is.

I have also heard of the term "Missile Rod"

Its a Stainless type filler rod, that welds pretty fast and works around impuritys in the base metal.
Off road guys like it because its a real pretty weld, but they are dealing with .095 and .120 wall tubing and not .049 and .058
Will not make any difference on how the car works or lasts

I am not and expert but this is what I have found out in my years of asking builders and people in the welding training industry.
 ER70S2  or  ER80SD2  best for Tig welding 4130.
