I was looking for a 23T altered sand found one in delaware, unfortunatly I have other issues that mandate I pass on this at this time. thought I'd share the links.
here is the link + some info the guy emailed me. may need some updating but it's a clean looking project for $4K.

Frame was built in a shop in Illinois 20+ years ago but never completed or ran. It is 9" Ford Rear, I have the Stange Axles and Center section with spool and 4.30 gears. Chassis will probably need updates. Set up for big driver and can be set up for tall no pedals are in it so can be adjusted for height, cage is wide. if you should have any questions please call me at (302) 245-5882.
