Front Engine Dragsters / Can a mild steel FED get certified to 7.50

Hi everybody. I recently purchased a 225`` FED, I bought it for the drivetrain. This car was built with mild steel, tubing sizes and thickness are all correct. They did a nice job on the construction of the car. My question is can this car be certified to run slower than7.50 ? Im just looking to take it out every now and then and have a little fun ....It doesn't have to be extremely fast..... Thanks for your help !
