Title: B&J clutch pack

anyone have any pictures of setting up the clutch pack inside the transmission. I see how the drawings here http://www.bandjtransmission.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=56&Itemid=68 but I cannot get the numbers even close..... I know I am doing something wrong

No problem it is pretty simple inside just need the correct procedure

I'm in Australia and about to service my B&J for the first time (and swap gear packs from 55% to 44%).
Any enlightenment on this procedure would be very greatly appreciated, particularly the clutch pack set up Paul asked about.
I can find several youtube videos about the lenco transmissions, but nothing on B&J.
