Chuck, I appreciate the humility, but with your car (http://bangshift.com/bangshift1320/deceptive-nostalgia-we-dissect-a-modern-bnostalgia-dragster-and-see-how-advanced-it-really-is/) shouldn't breakout as long you don't exceed 3/4 throttle. ;D

Can you run Some Nitro in 7.0Pro ?
-
Once you post the schedule I will add it to the calendar.
If my engine gets done I will be running 7.0
Heard anything on the New England HRR?

Yes Jon you can run nitro if you wish ! I have been running the m5 methanol in mine with great results but I am thinking about a 5 to 10 percent mix of nitro will put me right where I need to be !

Bill a NE-1 [ 7.60] team ran a 7.64, and wanted to get closer so he ran 4% and ran 7.54.
if you are going to run high % of nitro you would need to run lower compression from just alky, and up the timing.
In 1964 I ran 75° with a bigger pump than the west coast guys were running, on my 301 ci SBC JrFueler, and ran 191 mph, smoking the tires in a high gear car.
I sure miss those days, nitro is fun !
I'd like to get a nitro JrFuel series going out west, all I need is tracks to race and a bunch of cars built.
Have Fun !
