Title: stainless tubing for injector lines

What wall thickness should be used for making my injector lines? I was going to order some long lengths of seamless tubing and saw that it is available in several wall thicknesses but wasn't sure which one would be best for this application.

.028 if thats available in seamless annealed.   takes a special tool to flare it correctly.

So far I have found some 304 3/16" tubing with .020" and .028" wall thickness in 6' lengths that is seamless and annealed from Mc MasterCarr and also MSC supply. I will compare pricing and shipping. I need to be sure I still have a 37* flaring tool as I haven't used it in awhile.

I measured and old Enderle line and it was .028.
 While SS lines look cool, the rubber lines have better flow numbers

 A tight radius bender from RIDGID and then modify it so that you can start the bend soon after the nut and collar.
 I have an Imperial/Eastman tube flare kit (aircraft) that roll's the flare into the material and the when it backs off it burneses the material. You cannot compress the flare into the material because it work hardens and splits most of the time. That bender is around $300,  There are other benders out the that people say work, never used any of them to give an opinion on how well

I bought a rigid flare tool .Not cheap but well worth the 110.00
