Hey another Ford dragster thought I was the only insane person to have one   Sounds alot like my new build where did you get the tunnel ram or did you use the spacers and use a 302 intake?

OK guys not trying to start a peeing match with this question I am undecided between a rack or steering box for my build I have been told that one is better than the other now I ask because I DON"T KNOW Some say a rack is the wrong ratio for a FED some say a box is too slow and harder to correct if it gets outa shape my junk won't have enough power to get wild (I Hope)

My car will also have a solid front axle if that makes a steering difference?

I love Altered's too I have a 23T body and when I ever finish my FED it will get a chassis also nothing serious just a simple bracket car!

 Just came on board I'm from Ala Been a FED lover many years and I am building one now ! I am a bracket racer but want to prove that a FED can be a winning combo! My car is NOT period correct it actually will look like the newer Top/Fuel cars but it's that way for a reason Any bracket racer knows that you need good vision to help turn on the win lite( I need more than that) I'm sure the purist will give me greif when they see it but it's what I wanted and you have the right to build your car the way you like (RIGHT)?

Anyway thanks to the people that brought us this place to remember the early days and hopefully help each other out
