Title: Switched from alcohol back to gas

I bought a well used car that was running alcohol carburetion. The previous owner had left fuel in it all winter and made a mess of the carb. I put a gas carb on it and the motor loved it.
My question is this... the condensation that was trapped under the valve covers I took off and wiped out, pulled the plugs and spun it and left open to dry out, of course changed the oil and filter. Does any one have suggestions on anything I can do (short of freshening the motor) that might help flush the rest of the moisture and very slight milky oil?

Fill it with oil and run the engine again , heat will steam off any moisture present. eventually any contamination will cycle out, a tiny amount of sweat/moisture has no real affect

Take the filter off and pump some cheap oil through it with a priming tool.
