Altereds / HELMET SHROUD/DEFLECTOR PLATE

There has been some discussion concerning the fact that this may be required for Altered's with the higher wing.  I did not see any indication that this would be required in the 2015 Rules.  Has anyone seen this?

I do not see how we will be able to open/roll back the bodies with this design.
