I do not know all the details to your car but at one time I ended up with 120lbs of weight my engine is out 42” I run around 70 now. 

My car weighs 1800 with me in it and full of fuel front end weight ranges between 390 and 430lbs

I don’t know anyone offering prints for a 140” car I know Tuttle use to offer prints for a 185” car you may have to get some drawings and modify them to suit your desire.  No matter what ET you plan on running I would purchase the SFI 2.6A specs good for 7.50 and slower.  If you ever had desire to go quicker than that 2.4C is 6.0 to 7.49

I changed my car from 28 to 15 degrees as per recommendation from Frank Parks and my car drive like a dream went 212MPH.  My car drove good at 28 but was a bitch turning off at the top end. 

Have you checked your king pins and heim joints for slop?

I can tell you with my GRP rods I run Clevite CB663-HND in my combo and run .0035 clearance granted when I ordered my crank I ordered it sized wheee I wanted it.

Not sure what a Chevy bend is but SPD sales many different bend radius’s

I just finished building mine with 2.25" diameter 6" bend radius for my SBC
