Title: Wiring a relay
Post by: racerken on February 19, 2019, 02:22:17 PM
OK guys,  I am electrically challenged and need help.  I have a Dedenbear 2 Stage Throttle Stop Controller (Model TSC-2A)  that I want to use as a shift timer to activate a shifter solonoid.  I can't figure out how to wire in the  30amp 5 pin relay. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, Ken

If the pin numbers on the bottom of the relay are 30, 87,87A,85 & 86, then pin 85 and 86 are the controlled pins, low amp(B+ and ground) which when completed, pin 30( main B+, your high amperage source) will connect to pin 87 (your high load component), 87A is connected to pin 30 when the relay is off.
