Going thru my saved Dragmaster dragster photos, I found copies of one of their catalogs. I noticed that there is an altered chassis shown. Anyone ever seen a chassis like that? It looks like their Mark VI dragster chassis with the rear axle moved back. This is probably 1962, or so.

Looking through the photos on the Dragmaster Facebook page, I seen ONE altered photo. After doing a few searches, I found more of that same car. The H.A.M.B. forum was a big help, and had most of this photos.
This is Otis Smith's "Otie's Automotive" AA/A.

More of Otie...

Early altereds always unique and exciting to watch .

that car would still look great racing today! the skinny slicks would not out of place either.

I found out that Otie's 1965 T was sold to Stan Bowman for the 1966 season. So, I am looking for photos of that car, too. I had a guy tell me that he talked to someone at Dragmaster, and they said that there were very few altered chassis built. So, any leads would be great.

Pete and Dave Orner of Ornermotive Fuel Injection fame had
a Dragmaster A/A in the early sixties here in Cleveland Ohio.
