Title: Front axles
Post by: Larry Gocha on February 06, 2013, 06:40:10 AM
Roo I see solid front axles with and without radius rods. Most without are the shorter new style is there a rule of thumb as to when they should be used as far as axle length.

Larry,
the NHRA rule book says that you need radius rods when the king pin is more than 18" from the mounting point of the axle and that seems appropriate.

Mike I was just catching up on stuff here and consequently after reading your responses here in short order,I'm starting to think you should contain your commentary for your own site instead of stepping on a pro here and prostletizing. ""I'll give all you guys the info you really need"" .It's kinda like spam with an attitude.
