Both are 3.5 lbs/cu in, 1300 lb minimum but B is restricted to OEM heads for Hemi and Fords and 23 degree Chevy. In B the head must be NHRA accepted and a max of + or - 3 angle milling of the head is allowed.

The difference is measured in $$$$$$$$$$$

Actually there is no difference in $$$$$, it costs as much to build a A/ND as a B/ND, just different part numbers.
B/ND can run raised runner 23° SBC iron heads, but limited to 2 7/8" injectors.
A/ND can run any valve angle, and they can run Hilborn rotary injectors.

No difference between a 6.80 and 7.20 as far as cost??? then why even have a "B" class, everybody wants to go fast.

  Rims???

I agree with Jon.
To make ours a/nd all we'd have to do is replace heads and injectors.
Not to mention the money spent trying to make b/nd heads flow good.

In Comp it all boils down to what class has the softest index ! I would think that B/ND might be a little tougher because of the head restrictions .
