Does anyone here know what stud girdle will fit BBC pro comp heads? I ordered one from procomp and it won't work on their own heads. So now I really don't know which one to try. I'm running out of time before winter is going to shut me down for the year

Call JOMAR they only make girdles and they make the very best--they can advise you how to measure so they can send you one that works! When you get the chance sell those and get some different heads--the guides are yellow like bronze but they are soft as butter!! They will soon be sloppy worn--also take great care when screwing in studs--they use an oddball china helicoil in the threads on some of their heads-- it is very weak and a really goofball size--not metric and not US Jomar is the best place to try--call them Monday--they are very helpful and they sell the Baldwin oil filters with no bypass too! Good Luck!

Thanks Dave. I'll give hem a call on Monday. I replaced all the guides and put good valves springs and such in them, but I will be in the market for a some real heads in the future

I'm trying to be polite.
Don't buy Pro Comp stuff

You don't have to be polite for my sake. I know better than to buy their stuff too, I just put this motor together with the junk I had laying around

Hello, how don't they fit? This is my experience.
I have brodix bb2 plus heads , I used comp cams gold rockers and jomar girdles. jomar girdles wouldn't work, the rockers hit the girdles no matter what I did. I installed brodix stud girdles and had no problem. NOt so tall rockers, maybe like Harland sharps, would have cleared with the jomars.

The stud spacing was wrong. I bought a set of Jomar's and took care of that trouble
