Looking for best way to shape lexan.  making windscreen for new car and going for something real clost to modern fuel car windshield.Stretched out and layed way back. Going to need to shape corners to almost 90* radius maybe 80 or so.Cowl can be shaped to match.Have already doen it once but going to have to remove lots of material so thats not big deal.

Lexan (or any of the polycarb family) can be bent in a brake or slip rolled. The thinner stuff can also be bead rolled so there are plenty of options for shaping it.
