I stripped the car back down to a bare chassis today, off to powder coating in the morning. Should have it back in plenty of time to get everything back together for this spring

Pick the chassis back up from powder coat today. They did a great looking job and at only $300 to do the chassis, wheelie bars and some assorted brackets, I couldn't have bought the materials to paint it for what they charged. Now to get time to paint the body

Got my old wheels back today. They were re-laced, thanks to Jon at Hayden Wheels and they look new again.  Woo Hoo!!!  :D  He's an old school guy, reliable and honest. Good work, under budget/ Highly recommended.

Not much :( I just needed to see someone post on this thread......
Tomorrow I send out my 20 Simpson suit to get recerted.
Fuel pump is boxed and ready to send out to check flow.
We've been running it since spring of 08. May go to a larger pump this year.
So has anyone even checked on their car in the trailer or garage?
Spring is coming..........
Our new heads we have been working on are now done also. 390 CFM to over 540 CFM with no port work done yet.
I'm looking forward to this year
Our new head is on the left compared to what is on the car now on the right.

Thanks Paul.
Sometimes when you can't find what you need you need to make it yourself.
I have been working with a good friend in California for several years to get these done. Jesel did the custom rockers for these.
All parts look great.
Can't wait to run it.

Do you have any idea who built your car? I noticed how the radius rods attach to the front axle and a couple other things that are similar to mine.

After working on the fuel cars for a few years, and some times having a hard time gripping the heads for removal, we added finger grip edge to the front and back of the heads
