Installed a Strange 12 bolt GM dropout into a 9" housing and torqued er down. That sucker turns so easy. Way less resistance than a 9"

I spent the day putting together the attached Race Car Safety Data Sheet.

This was suggested by a good freind to make inspectors on race day happy.

Well I have started looking for the rest of my belt guard.

I have a RCD upper belt guard.

I have been watching FeeBay for a lower belt guard.

A friend of mine told me to take a look over on Classic Funny Car Board, that there was a  guy selling Laser cut blower belt guards "Funny car chat   about 6 7 posts down (Feb. 12) "custom blower belt guard"   $55     "

I contacted him and am in the process of having one made up for me with the racing team name cut into it. I will let you know how it comes out. He is not a dealer, just a guy supporting his racing addiction on the side.

our fed still has airhearts on it. last year i called, emailed, faxed and snail mailed to wilwood for some help changing over the brakes. got blown off. last night i had a good conversation with aerospace componets about changing over the brakes. saving my pennies and going with them.
the adage 'a mind is a terrible thing to lose' works well in my garage lately. the engine with all brands of car parts in it is tough. i forget or forgot how to put the stupid thing back together or misplaced the parts. sheesh. but i got my header flanges done tonight. have to buy a stick of pipe and have it bent and welded.  how far out should i go with the zoomies? outside edge of tires, middle of tires???

It definitely sounds like Wilwood.

As for the zoomies, here's mine, by Rooman, fabricator supreme!
