I'm always a fan of something that isn't a Ford or Chevy (seeing how I run a Pontiac).

I am using Mopar power as I have always done however the body is a VW. I use a /6 to give my pals a chance. Sometimes even that isnt enuf for them ;>)
Also have the blue rail AKA The Senior Dragster and a longer more conventional rail with a reworked 318 Poly (now 333) It is in the works although I dont know who will drive it.
I if cut probably bleed Mopar blue.
Started dragging in 1966 with a modified poly in a 58 Dodge. From there to a 64 Ply post car , A 63 Dodge post car with a 68 426 modified Str hemi which eventually went into a 69 Dart. Built a 440 66 Coronet. Then a 74 Charger (Subject of the book Old Reliable )to the blue rail , an old mans retirement toy. In between had a lot of Mopars for street duty and still terrorize weekly with my 63 426 MAX WEDGE.  Favourite Mopar engine  would be 440 . Cheapest engine for power on the planet bar none.

SR Dragster, because old people need to have fun too!

Here's a neat old Mopar.  I lost track of the family.  Pretty sure the car is from Iowa owned by a fellow named Larry Grenco.  Nice family, all of the guys have great beards like ZZTop.
