Finally got enough of the pieces of the puzzle together to fire the dragster.
Should be ready to run soon!

Congrats, sounds healthy!
I'm fast. I can make five mistakes while others think.

It doesn't matter how many motors I've built i always get butterflys when I first start them. there has only been two that something happened on start-up cams shaft turned into broomsticks and it was when they removed the zinc out of the oil and no one was aware of it. I blamed comp cams they asked me questions even the type of oil and every thing was good , I called another cam company and they told me about the change in oils.
nice looking motor

Hahaha same!! I always get butterflies. Be it a stock engine or something like this I'm always nervous. Worried about if I remembered to check everything.

Very nice.
The ignition system looks interesting. Is that something you built or is it aftermarket?

Sounds great! But, I don't think I even saw a smile on your face?! If I fired up something like that in my driveway I'd have to have plastic surgery to get rid of the grin.
