I was also wondering about timing, I have a 383 Chevy with 9.6 static compression with a weiand 144 supercharger making 8psi of boost and am running vp12 fuel. I have had several recamendations  that are all over the board for spark plug heat range and timing, I'm running a ngk brk8 plug now and 34 deg of timing, just looking for a little advise on set up or what to look for to be efficient

check plug reading 101 the ground strap, the flat ring portion next to the ground and color at the base of the porcelain and the number of darkened threads means something different .if I find one i'll post it so someone on here could post it.
