If you have the Sheriff involved it sounds like you are headed in the right direction.
It is unfortunate that some people require force to make them do the right thing.

I guess we are all good with letting him rob people. you telling me no one can stop him and say I know someone that needs you to do the right thing. and shut him down otherwise. this is a last straw for me. ive been robbed by common crooks but these past years ive been robbed by companys with a name. so if highway robbery is all good. then enjoy. cops wont waste time. f the sport I guess.

When an injustice is done you have to fight to correct it.
I feel the racing community actually does very well in companies delivering what they say they will.
When you come across one that does not you need to fight to make them perform.
I usually have one or two battles raging at any one time with companies that have have not delivered, and do not even get me started on insurance companies.
I am truly sorry you are having a tough time.
