WANTED: FED Front Spoke Wheels

Looking for a cheap pair of front wheels to use on my FED project.

Any condition, as long as they are cheap. I just need something for mock-up right now. Must be wire spoked, no modern stuff. Did I mention they need to be cheap? I'm open to any type of spindle/hub setup, but would prefer early Ford or Anglia spindles.

A buddy of mine will be heading down to Wellington TX then Austin the first week in April for the Lone Star Round-Up.   If you are interested, he has a nice pair with Chev spindles, tires & bearings.  Give Jeff at call at (519) 942-8157... I know he will be selling his wires, however; they are in nice shape and I noticed you are located in Texas..... Just a thought...

Revco, Texas is a big place.  Where are you?
I have a couple spare sets and one set has a broken spoke or two and I would let it go cheap.  I am in Amarillo but find myself traveling for work.

 I used 17 inch dirt bike wheels ($20 each at bike wreckers and they had hundreds of them)and changed the bearings to a large inner and fabbed a new spacer sleeve. I made the spindles from large tractor drawbolts.(TSC)
