Just curious, who built the chassis for the Winged Express that Mike Boyd drives?

Roo did it after it crashed when the spindle assy. broke off the front axle

 Does that mean this is the second version since the car was recreated?   Where did it crash?

The axle on the first clone was bending due to repeated wheelstands @ 900' and Mouse had a new one built, However this may have been the first one this guy ever built because the welds (altough looked nice) were inadiquate for the abuse and the spindle boss broke off at the weld during a pass.
