Howdy
25 years since I went down a track now I'm nearly ready to rock and roll again and first fire up will be the week-end. I figure the local Lutherans will appreciate a bit of back yard tuning about 10.00 on Sunday morning! I have a terrible track record with getting things finished as I'm always looking at the next project. I've been offered a new built chassis built from S&W race cars blueprints.  Does anyone have any pics of a S&W race cars chassis or complete 200" wheelbase car built from S&W plans? Has anyone used them are they a good thing.
Cheers
Tony

Their website has a customers cars section which shows a pic. Also, the Back Seat Drivers website shows an S&W car owned by D. Grubb.

Have not used thier prints to build anything.Never had a fed chassis from them.I will say the items I have gotten from S&W have always been top notch.

I have seen a new fed built using a S&W blueprint that would not pass chassis cert. This was a problem with the builder not knowing SFI specs.

If you're going to build a chassis, do yourself a favor and buy the SFI tech book.

It helps and it's up to date.

I just finished a 200" fed kit from S and W and I certified a SFI 2.4 6 sec and slower,  tech inspector was impressed with the quality of it. The only way their kit couldn't of certified if the person couldn't read and owned a flux core mig. Top notch company for everything.

As with most forums I'm only interested in those with actual first hand knowledge Hey Grapro - Any photos at all?
