Matts Shaff's Engine Shop Page
« on: February 06, 2013, 09:59:45 AM »
Hello to everyone with a Front Engine Dragster.
My name is Matt Shaff and I own a engine machine shop in Rochester, NY
My web site is: http://www.pro-formancespecialties.com/
Have been in business since 1985 and we love nostalgia drag racing! 8)
I will try to answer questions related to engine performance and engine machine work specifically.
We are a busy small shop so I might take time to answer some questions but I will do my best.
I will never try to be a "know it all" because I dont.
 Our shop is capable of:
Line boring for new main caps and finish line honing.
Parrellel deck engine block and boring and honing cylinders.
Connecting rod rebuilding and crankshaft repair.
Cylinder head machining: Competition valve work, guide replacement, milling and CC checking.
We have a Land-N-Sea dyno in house and run every engine we assemble.
So I will do what I can to help you get answers for your dragster engine questions.
Thanks: Matt

Driving a Front Engine Dragster builds character and keeps you awake for a 1/4 mile at a time.
