WANTED

Looking for the whereabouts or information on this car. It is the Gerald Foster's King Cobra F/C. This is a Logghe Stamping Co. The car ran a Late Model Ed Pink Hemi. Car was campaigned in the early '70s by Sidney Foster and I and then Frank Huff and I. This picture is one of the last and most accurate I know of. Any information on this car would be greatly appreciated. Also interested in information on the "Shreve Automotive" Top Fuel Dragster driven by Dave Chenevert. This was a Don Long car full-bodied front-motored car. I believe the car was around 190 inches long and 392 powered. Information on either of these cars would be greatly appreciated. Looking for any Real SPE or Don Long Front Engine Dragsters as well as Logghe or Woody Gilmore Funny Cars. Tom Gorman tomgorman@cox.net

FOR SALE

This is a quality, chromoly, 148" WB FED that has been updated and ready to receritify. It is of the late '50's early '60's era, built in the Logghe style. It is ready for a BB Mopar drivetrain and fits just about any size driver. I have owned this car since 1991, and have decided to give up racing. I was in the process of restoring the digger back to a more nostalgic look, but with common sense updates. The safety of this car has always been a prime concern.

If interested email ppleli@gmail.com for more pictures and information. Serious inquiries only, please. Or call Phil at 519-254-3188

I have countless hours of work and a far greater amount of money invested in the car than I am asking. The asking price for the rolling chassis is $7,500 or best offer. I have several BB Mopar drivetrains, and drag racing related components available for sale if the chassis gets sold.
